Theewaterskloof Local Municipality’s new pro-poor budget will continue to bring better services to poor communities, with a colossal R72.6 million going towards building more houses. The Municipality’s vision is to ensure and preserve the heritage and natural resources within the region, whilst creating and developing a safe, healthy, crime-free, economically stable, and viable environment for all. This DA-led municipality has a zero tolerance approach to corruption – receiving clean audits for honest spending and good management for four years running.
